For marketing tech and agencies

The AI engineering team behind marketing tech

White-label AI agents for SEO, GEO and paid media, shipped under your brand with a fixed-cap quote.

  • White-label - we ship under your brand
  • Fixed-cap quotes, scoped by sprint
  • Mutual NDA before the first scoping call
  • Senior only - no juniors billed as seniors

Where it usually goes wrong

Four ways a build eats an agency's margin

  • 01 The learning tax A generalist shop spends the first third of the budget discovering how Search Console paginates, how Meta's Marketing API handles rate limits and how GA4 actually models sessions. You pay for that education once per vendor.
  • 02 The estimate that moves Time-and-materials on an integration project is an open cheque, because integrations are where the unknowns live. Agencies end up eating the difference to protect the relationship.
  • 03 The handover cliff Whoever built it leaves, nothing is documented, and the first platform API change turns into an emergency the client sees.
  • 04 The client in the room A subcontractor who talks directly to your client is a subcontractor who can be hired directly by your client.

How it runs

From brief to shipped

The sequence is the same whether it is a two-week integration or a six-month platform build. You always have a number before you commit your client.

How we work
  1. 01 Scoping call 60 minutes, under NDA. What the client bought, what exists already, what has to be true at launch.
  2. 02 Written scope Within one business day: scope, architecture note and a fixed-cap quote you can put in front of the client.
  3. 03 Build in sprints Weekly demo, your repo, your project tool. You see progress rather than status reports.
  4. 04 Handover or hold Documented handover to your team, or a monthly retainer where we keep it running.

Questions

The ones that decide it

Do you work under our brand?

Yes, by default. We ship under your name, use your repos and project tooling, and stay off client calls unless you want an engineer in the room. Mutual NDA is signed before the first scoping call.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week. You get a written scope and a fixed-cap quote within one business day of the scoping call, so you know the number before you commit the client.

What if the client changes scope mid-build?

Scope changes get re-quoted against the same fixed cap model rather than absorbed silently. You get the revised number before work continues, so you can pass it on cleanly.

Can you maintain what you build?

Yes. Most agency work moves onto a monthly retainer after launch, covering platform API changes, monitoring and small feature work. You can also take the code in-house - it is yours, documented, in your repo.
