By using aimeice.tech or engaging Aimeice Tech ("we") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

We provide custom software engineering, AI consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are governed by a separate written agreement (SOW, MSA, or similar) between you and Aimeice Tech.

3. Content

Content on aimeice.tech (copy, code samples, diagrams, logos) is owned by or licensed to Aimeice Tech. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without written consent. Case studies may reference third-party trademarks used with permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, bypass authentication, scrape at a volume that degrades service, or submit unlawful content via forms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aimeice Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of aimeice.tech.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless a written contract specifies otherwise.

7. Changes
